From Arcsine Architecture and Bellusci Design comes the stylish Vesu Restaurant located in Walnut Creek, near San Francisco, California. Situated in the center of this small town, in a competitive environment, the new building is meant to attract and surprise. With an inviting, slick exterior and an even more impressive interior design, this restaurant seems like an ideal place for a fun evening. Even though the dining area looks very capacious, it is nice to see that it has an intimate feel. Here is more information from the architects: "To blur the boundary between restaurant and city, Arcsine wrapped the building with a contemporary wood-panel faA ade, installed large operable windows, and introduced an entry canopya??made with FSC-certified Eucalyptusa??that begins at the entry, winds through the lounge, and terminates at the bar. These elements, combined with sensuous materials and rich colors, craft a provocative urbane space that is comfortable and connected."
