Minimalist House with Expansive Glass Walls

Designed by Gareth Hoskins Architects, the house is mostly covered with expansive glass walls. Situated in Fife, Scotland, the Duncan House is a perfect combination of white rendered masonry walls with grey whinstone of the old garden walls and glazing. The house is actually a renovation project of an old house and those wall designs become the mark of the existing and new building. This family residence main focus is on the garden, that's why almost all rooms have direct access to view the outdoor. The walls become a cover for locating wardrobes, fireplaces, or cupboards and also to provide privacy. The interior is furnished in minimalist style in order to emphasize the outdoor and exterior design
